Developed through an intensive research validation process, our talent assessments are designed to support the executive succession, talent management, and organization development needs of our clients. Our assessment solutions include tools that have been validated via longitudinal research projects, as well as customized assessments tailored to our clients’ specific needs. 360 Leadership Assessment

The 360 Leadership Assessment is a competency-based, multi-source, survey-based assessment of leadership behaviors and skills that has been validated by longitudinal research across industry sectors. This instrument supports the assessment and development of emerging and experienced leaders who are seeking the development of leadership competencies that drive organizational change in complex and evolving business environments. The assessment consists of 16 behavioral competencies across four categories or pillars of exemplary leadership: Driving Results, Engaging Stakeholders, Leading Change, and Leading Self. Often utilized as part of leadership development, management training, or executive succession programs, the 360 Leadership Assessment measures an individual’s primary leader values, leadership strengths and development areas, gaps in self-awareness, and priorities for action planning. The assessment engages the leader’s multiple stakeholders across levels, including direct reports; peers; direct managers, supervisors, or board members; and external stakeholders (clients, business partners, work colleagues from different business units, etc.). The 360 Leadership Assessment and rater groups are fully customizable for our clients needs.


Emotional Intelligence Assessment

The Emotional Intelligence Assessment is a competency-based assessment of leader emotional intelligence, including five foundational behavioral competencies and 20 associated skills that are requisite for leaders, teams, and individual contributors in today’s complex organizations. The assessment includes a set of behaviors and skills that reflect both intrapersonal competencies (Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation) and interpersonal competencies (Motivation, Empathy, and Influence). Validated by field studies that measured the emotional intelligence of managers across levels and industries, the Emotional Intelligence Assessment is an important element of developing leadership talent in today's complex and turbulent business environment. The assessment is deployed in both self-report and multi-rater, 360-degree versions.


Cultural Intelligence Assessment

Developed and validated by the Cultural Intelligence Center, LLC, the Cultural Intelligence Assessment measures four dimensions of cross-cultural competencies that are critical for driving performance outcomes in culturally-diverse organizations. The assessment has been validated through years of rigorous research by scholars across the globe, including field studies, laboratory experiments, and meta-analyses. Our consultants have conducted several independent studies validating the impact of leader cultural intelligence on team performance, leadership effectiveness, and negotiation processes and outcomes in culturally diverse organizations. The assessment is deployed in both self-report and multi-rater, 360-degree versions.


Talent & Succession Management Capabilities Assessment

The Talent & Succession Management Capabilities Assessment is a company-wide, multi-method tool that measures our clients’ entire spectrum of talent management and succession planning capabilities, including overall strategy, programs, policies, and impact on key performance metrics. Validated by longitudinal research consisting of benchmarking surveys, case studies, and qualitative studies of organizations with exemplary talent development and succession management practices, this assessment evaluates eight talent and succession management capabilities that drive business performance outcomes: Top Management Team Engagement, Talent Assessment Practices, Performance Appraisal Practices, Incentive Pay Practices, Leadership Development Culture, Role-based Development Practices, Selection & Onboarding Practices, and Talent Management ROI. The Linear/Nonlinear Thinking Style Assessment is designed to support executives, managers, teams, and individual contributors to better understand their preferences for information-processing and decision-making. The validated Linear/Nonlinear Thinking Style Assessment measures the following dimensions of information-processing and decision-making: Linear, Creative, Values-Centered, Imaginative, Intuitive, Flexible, Insightful, and Emotional. Validated via longitudinal research across industry sectors, this assessment is designed to diagnose an individual or team’s underdeveloped information-processing mode and further develop linear/nonlinear thinking style balance. Deployed in both self-report and multi-rater, 360-degree versions, this assessment aids individuals and teams in their efforts to achieve the insights and benefits of both modes of thinking and processing information.
