Groves Consulting Group is a management consultancy that develops leaders and organizations through succession planning, leadership assessment and development, talent management, and organization development services. Our firm supports businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies with designing customized solutions that drive their talent strategy. Founded by Kevin S. Groves, Ph.D., an Associate Professor of Management at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, Groves Consulting Group provides evidence-based solutions to clients across industry sectors. A hallmark of our approach is providing services and products that are based on rigorous research and industry findings that offer practical applications and best practices for our clients. To support our mission of providing our clients with data-driven solutions, our consultants are credentialed with doctoral degrees and remain actively engaged in advancing the science and practice of talent management and organization development through ongoing research projects.
