Gary Mangiofico, Ph.D. is an Executive Professor in the area of Organizational Theory and Management at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Keith Mandel, M.D., is a national advisor and consultant in the areas of large-scale quality improvement and delivery system transformation, as well as related talent management strategies.
